| Since its inception Laurence Capital Corp. has invested in Canadian companies lead by exciting and dynamic management teams. Given its wide mandate, Laurence Capital can invest in companies through a variety of structures, including debt, equity or a combination of the two. Laurence Capital can invest in both privately-held or publicly traded businesses.
Currently Laurence Capital has three equity funds, LCFI LP, LCFII LP and LCFIII LP, and a full range of debt solutions through its Laurence Financial Service Corp. division (www.laurencefinancial.com).
LCC through its 4 funds LCFI LP, LCFII LP, LCFIII LP and LCFIV LP has made over 20 investments since inception in 2003. We are proud of the companies we have invested in. These companies are making a huge difference. They are Canadian success stories lead by outstanding entrepreneurs.
